Return and Refund Policy
Every piece in the shop is one of a kind and hand-picked. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
The short version
- Exchanges: Available for US customers within 10 days of delivery. Exchange value is issued as store credit.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
- International orders: Final sale. No exchanges, no refunds.
Exchange policy (US orders)
Eligible for exchange:
- Pieces returned within 10 days of delivery
- Pieces in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with any original tags attached)
- Pieces that have not been altered
Not eligible for exchange:
- Pieces marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase
- Boots, bags, and belt buckles
- Pieces worn, washed, or altered after delivery
- Pieces returned more than 10 days after delivery
- International orders
Exchange value is issued as store credit. Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any piece in the shop.
How to start an exchange
- Email hello@charliesvintage.com with the subject line "Exchange with Order #[your order number]" within 10 days of delivery. Include the piece you'd like to exchange.
- We'll reply within a few business days with return instructions.
- Ship the piece back to us within 10 days of exchange approval. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Once we receive and inspect the piece, we'll issue store credit to the email on your order.
Store credit typically arrives within 3 business days of us receiving the returned piece.
International orders
International orders are final sale. We do not offer exchanges, refunds, or returns on orders shipped outside the United States. Please use the measurements listed on each product page to confirm fit before ordering. If you have questions about a piece before purchasing, email us and we'll help.
