All orders ship from Oregon via USPS. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
Processing time
Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days of order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Domestic shipping (US)
- Standard: 3 to 4 business days, $10
- Express: 1 to 2 business days, $35
Free standard shipping on US orders over $250.
International shipping
- Economy: 6 to 18 business days, starting at $20
- Standard: 6 to 12 business days, starting at $50
- Express: 1 to 5 business days, starting at $150
International rates vary by country and weight. The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
International customs and duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and are collected by the carrier or local customs office upon delivery.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping to PO boxes
We ship to PO boxes. All orders ship via USPS, which delivers to PO boxes reliably.
